You're well aware that you should have anti-virus on your computer. And you're probably aware that if you do not you might get a worm. But what if I told you that no matter how much anti-virus you have, it cannot protect you against a specific type of worm?That's exactly what Mark Taylor found out after a five inch worm crawled into his notebook and decided to warm itself by the CPU fan. Needless to say the worm was killed the next time Mark's laptop was turned on. But that did not allow the fan to move as he kept getting error messages about this.
So he thought it was just a computer bug and carried it into the repairs. Only to find out later that they had to remove a 5-inch chard earthworm from his computer.
So the moral of the story? If you have a cats don't allow them to bring worms inside your house, as Mark believes that is how the worm got in-by trying to escape the cat that dug it out of the ground.
