ASUS EEE PC 1215N WITH ATOM D525 GETS OFFICIAL

Asus has officially announced its Eee PC 1215N with NVIDIA ION graphics and a 1.8GHz Atom D525 dual core processor.

The Asus Eee PC 1215N is a 12.1 inch notebook. It can play 1080p HD video, thanks to the ION graphics. And via the HDMI jack, you can transfer videos to an HDTV. The laptop also features the NVIDIA Optimus technology for automatically switching between the integrated and discrete graphics option, depending upon what task you are performing. Other features include up to 2GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 320GB hard drive, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, 2 USB 3.0 ports and 1 USB 2.0 Sleep'n'Charge port, HDMI and VGA output, 1.3 megapixel webcam and SD/SDHC/MMC card reader. The 12.1 inch display has 1366 x 768 pixels.

The Eee PC 1215N runs Windows 7 Home Premium. It ships with a 6-cell lithium ion battery.
