TOSHIBA FOLIO 100 PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS ARRIVE

The promotional videos of the upcoming Toshiba Folio 100 Android tablet has hit the cyberspace. The Toshiba Folio 100 has a 10.1 inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It is powered by a dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and runs Google Android 2.2. The supported connectivity options include WiFi and Bluetooth.

The promotional videos show some of the unique features of the tablet as well as some of the apps designed to run on the tablet. The Folio 100 doesn't have access to the Android Market. To get around the problem, Toshiba has designed an app store called Toshiba Market where users can find music, movies and other content for their tablet.


The Folio 100 comes with the Opera web browser besides the default Android browser. Other software / app that comes pre-loaded include Fring for making voice and video calls, and Adobe Flash 10.1 or viewing web video.
