Microsoft Store has started offering the Dell Inspiron Mini 1018-iM1018-2628OBK netbook for free. Now here is the catch. To get the laptop free of cost, you have to purchase the Office Home and Business 2010 suite which is priced at $279.99. The offer is valid through Cyber Monday which falls on November 29th.

The Inspiron Mini 1018-iM1018-2628OBK has a 10.1 inch LED backlit display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor with GMA 3150 integrated graphics. Other specifications include 1GB of DDR3 memory, a 250GB hard drive and a 6-cell battery which will reportedly get around 7.2 hours of runtime. The netbook runs Windows 7 Starter Edition.

The Dell Inspiron Mini 1018-iM1018-2628OBK weighs 3.1 pounds. It also has a 0.3 megapixel webcam, stereo speakers, WiFi 802.11n, Ethernet LAN, 2 USB ports, a VGA port and a 3-in-1 memory card reader.
