FUJITSU LIFEBOOK TH40/D WINDOWS TABLET WITH SLIDE-OUT KEYBOARD DELAYED

The Fujitsu LifeBook TH40/D, which was supposed to go on sale by the end of this month, has been delayed. That, however, doesn't mean that the tablet is being cancelled.
The Fujitsu Lifebook TH40/D is a Windows 7 tablet. It has a 10.1 inch display and a 1.5GHz Intel Atom Z670 Oak Trail processor. Other specifications include a 120GB hard drive and 1GB of RAM. The tablet weighs 2.4 pounds and measures 0.7 inches in thickness. It has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard which will hide itself behind the display when it is not in use.

Samsung announced a similar tablet at CES in January. The Samsung Series 7 Sliding PC too has a slide-out keyboard. It hasn't started shipping yet.
