SONY REFRESHES VAIO LAPTOP LINEUP

Sony is refreshing its 2012 laptop lineup. The refreshed VAIO Z laptops will be available with new configuration and color options. The VAIO S and E series laptops too will sport new internals.

Sony VAIO Z Early 2012 Refresh

The new Sony Vaio Z laptops will be available with a choice of Intel 2nd generation Core i5 or i7 processors including the i7-2640M. While the previous models had 3G, the new models also sport 4G LTE option. Another new feature is the Carbon Fiber Silver chassis. It is optional, though.

The new VAIO Z laptops are now available for purchase. Prices start at $1949.99.



Sony VAIO S 13″ and 15″ Refresh
The 13 inch and 15 inch VAIO S laptops too have been refreshed. They are now available with new CPU options including the Core i7-2640M. The 15 inch VAIO S series notebooks now come standard with full HD IPS displays. The refreshed models will be available in early February. Prices will start at $799.99.

Sony VAIO C Refresh
The VAIO C series refresh is all about aesthetics. It is now available in new design patters including Kaleidoscope Pink and Geometric Black. The 15.5 inch VAIO C will start at $999.99. The 14 incher will have a starting price of $799.99.
