I was able to play COD black ops, Assassin Creed brotherhood, and battlefield bad company 2 all on high settings at 40-60fps and under 75C on the cpu. meaning the cooling system is great on this laptop. I bought one and have enjoyed using it. Recently hooked it up to my HDTV via an HDMI cable and watched video in 720 HD. The display is really great and the speed seems fine to me. It comes wiht a full OS, you can use a bluetooth keyboard if you want a separate keyboard, has a decent processor, lot sof memory...and unlike more than half of the tablets coming out, offers both multi-touch input and input with a stylus which allows for inking. While that might not be for everyone, I cna see it being for quite a few...mostly business users. I myself will use a product like this (maybe this one...we&#39;ll see once it is available) for contracts with clients; it will allow them to sign a contract right on the tablet, and then I can email it to them. the only thin I see missing is some form of [kick]stand to hold it upright if you&#39;re typing on an actual keyboard. An upgrade that would wbe great would be the Pixel Qi screen, although I am uncertain if that screen allows for inking.<br />The ideal tablet would be one that combines the Notion Ink scr4een and camera, with a full OS for office functionaility, a stylus for inking, multi-touch and perhaps a built in keyboard like the BYD &quot;Snaptop&quot; portotype. This laptop just kicks ass.. AMD processors are not hot any more. After several hours of use it maintains temperature from 45C-53C which is way better than Intel laptops. Battery life is amazing.. 6 Cell battery comes for 3 hrs. Great ATI graphics performance plays HD movies smooth. I Bought this laptop for $499 on a offer, Great value for Money. The design is amazing; it has a very nice artistic look. It&#39;s light, small and easy to carry around (it even comes with it&#39;s own themed carrying case!).Unfortunatly, as a gamer, its Nvidia 8400M GS is NOT a great tool of gaming. Overall, I&#39;m a proud owner of this uniqe notebook.<br /><br />P.S: The hard drive heating problem can easily be solved by a cheap cooling pad.
